Shipping Details
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the UK. Each piece is custom-framed and typically arrives within 5-7 business days. We use white-glove couriers for large format gallery pieces to ensure perfect condition upon arrival.
International Shipping
Orvela ships globally. International orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery typically spans 10-14 business days.
Express Delivery
For urgent requirements, express handling and overnight courier services are available for select regions. This service prioritises your order in our framing studio and ensures transit within 2 business days. Fees vary by artwork size and destination.
Returns & Refunds
- Initiate: Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Pack: Ensure the artwork is in its original gallery packaging and securely sealed for transport.
- Refund: Once inspected at our studio, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
